High restaurant prices could use a rethink!!! Limited spa access hours left me frustrated!!! Inconsistent room cleaning standards should be improved!!! The decor in some rooms feels dated and doesn't match the luxurious vibe!!!

The extras are expensive, as we had been warned. Otherwise it was almost perfect for my husband and I and our 20 year old son. Their mountain bikes were great, the trails well marked. The food fantastic and the service top.

The Spa was excellent as were the two restaurants. Service top notch.

The sprawling grounds were beautifully maintained, with a tranquil pool area and lovely, well-appointed rooms. Staff members, especially Emilio at the front desk and Jaime, provided excellent service, anticipating every need. A highlight was the good biscuits served . The remote location made access a bit challenging, and signage to the walking trails was sometimes unclear. The dining options felt limited, affecting overall experience.

Great family-friendly pool, but kids running around at night got a bit loud.

The attention received by the staff. Very attentive and friendly. The breakfast that was included very complete.
I booked this hotel, because I was looking for one that had a Jacuzzi in the room, hence my "disappointment". I saw an ad on Facebook through the "trivago" page, where it said "the 10 best hotels in Spain with jacuzzi in the room", hence my "disappointment". truth is that one night it cost me 272 euros (breakfast included) in what I thought, logically, without knowing the hotel and seeing the wonderful comments I had about the service and facilities. Well, I arrived I have to say that they treated us like a scandal, well the hotel is huge, it has I think 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants... room was big, simple. bathroom, had a bathtub that when you open the tap the first 3 minutes came out brown water (I guess the little use of it) as I was not surprised more, if it was very clean, little more. For me, way I see it and experience of travelling, I paid that price to stay one night, because it was not worth it. I failed to notice when I booked that my room did not have what the ad was supposed to offer. In short, for what it cost I expected something else.

Its rooms are absolutely fabulous with a private terrace, a wonderful view, for instance for a fairly nice stay.

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the amazing pool and enjoying family activities during our four-night stay. The spa and wellness center, along with the outdoor swimming pool, made it easy to unwind. Just know that the food options are a bit limited if you're staying for multiple days, but it didn't dampen our experience 🌞

The wonderfully peaceful location, and huge grounds. 3 Km from main gate to hotel through olive groves. This meant you could wander peacefully around, completely undisturbed.Staff service was excelent; attentive and friendly. Super breakfast.
The food is expensive, and it the "Finca restaurant" it was exceptionally so. The hotel does provide wifi, but charges 12.50 per day. Why is it that the cheaper hotels provide it for free, but the more upmarket the hotel the more likely they are to charge for it?.

The location is idyllic, so peaceful and ideal as a base for exploring Andalucia. The hotel's design and layout superb, the gardens and swimming pools delightful, the Junior Suite very spacious and comfortable, fantastic huge bathroom
Staff were a bit stand-offish and not as attentive as they should be in an expensive 5star hotel. Internet charges extortionate and WIFI service should be free in a hotel of this standard. Some areas looked sadly in need of maintenance and a coat of paint.

A tranquil pool to recharge
The serene pool area was our escape each afternoon, where we lounged and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Staff were always attentive.
The limited variety on the dinner menu left us a bit dissatisfied, as we had hoped for more culinary options during our four-night stay.

Beautiful setting.
Unless you pay for the best rooms, you get a room in the bottom with no view that is actually somewhat cramped. The food is mediocre at best.

The hotel was luxurious with beautiful and amazing location in the lovely lounge area. Location: the property was right by the two restaurants, Malaga and Granada and various motorways. On site poolside restaurant served great food. The services where great, including marvellous breakfasts and free parking if needed. During trip everything was good and we would have extended the stay...
Couldn’t fault!
